Yep you heard it, some days you just want to call it like it is and chuck a little emotional tanty!
So I’ve been wanting to give you an update for a while now, not only has life been busy, but I really wanted to brag about some huge weight loss…. this has not been the case 🙁
My good ol body has refused to get with the program! I had no loss for 3 days, then a 200g loss then nothing again for 3 days….. grrrrrrrr I know I know, stay positive, it will come blah blah blah…. my sensible self is cool as a cucumber, my 3 year old self is “not happy Jan!” Hahaha like I said last week dieting is a rollercoaster, which is why you need to be going in with a clear head. I am nothing if not stubborn & determined so I have stayed steadfast and on protocol.
On a positive note I am feeling really good, more comfortable in my skin & I probably should have done some measurements on the weekend, but I will save them for this weekend – it will be 2 weeks. As for hunger, I haven’t been hungry & I haven’t been tempted, even though last week I cooked up a storm for everyone else!!

Salt & Vinegar Kale Chips
Preheat oven to 100 degrees (C)
Tear Kale off the stalks & place in a large bowl. Drizzle over a small amount of Apple Cider Vinegar, toss to coat.
Place on a baking tray and coat with a generous amount of quality salt.
Dehydrate in the oven until crispy, about 20mins,
Just keep and eye on them, so they don’t burn.
