Hi, I’m Alicen & I have a passion for helping people. I love to learn about the benifits of supporting our health in natural ways & then sharing that information with everyone who wants to know.

I love to learn & I am always exploring new areas of interest to support myself, my family & my clients.

Some of my passions include;

• Healthy eating – reducing additives, preservatives and other toxins from our diet.
• Essential oils – theraputic quality oils to support our bodies both physically and emotionally. Easy to use, safe and effective for the whole family. I choose to use dōTERRA Essential Oils as they are thorougly tested for quality & they are shipped to my door.
• Emotion Code –  Based on the premise that everything is energy – emotions are energy in motion = e-motion. When our emotions become trapped, it can affect your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health.  Releasing these trapped emotions can release you from patterns of discomfort, sorrow, failure, and heartbreak.  I can do this remotely via a video call anywhere in the world.
